Where to put it so he takes to it

Against a wall, up high if possible, with a view of the room and away from foot traffic: that's the combination that works. A bed in the middle of the living room won't get used, however perfect it is.

Will my pet take to it?

Put it where they already choose to sleep, and lay a cloth with their scent on it for the first few days. A bed set up in a room they don't use stays empty.

Which size should I choose?

This model comes in M (38x63x28cm), L (48x78x31cm), XL (60x98x38cm) and XXL (70x120x40cm). Measure the space you have in mind and, for a bed, your pet's length lying down plus about ten centimetres. Too snug and it won't get used; too big and it loses its reassuring feel.

Is it suitable for an older pet?

Check the thickness of the filling: above eight centimetres it genuinely relieves the joints. Below that, it's a mat, not a mattress.

Does the colour make any difference?

No: Pink, Beige and Black share the same dimensions and the same finish. The choice is purely aesthetic.
