Withdrawal policy

In accordance with the applicable law, customers have 14 days from receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is in perfect condition and fit to be resold.

  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

How to cancel your order

  1. Email us at info@petounet.com to let us know you wish to withdraw.

  2. We'll send you the return address and explain what to do next.

  3. Once we have received and checked the product, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid (excluding any delivery charges) to your original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • opened and used,

  • personalised or made to measure (not currently applicable at Petounet).
