Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the petounet website (hereinafter “the Site”).
By confirming an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

2. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those shown on the Site, while stocks last.
Each product comes with an accurate description (dimensions, features, usage advice).

3. ORDERS

The customer places their order online via the Site.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The order confirmation sent by email serves as proof of the transaction.

4. PRICES

Prices shown on the Site are in pounds sterling (£), including all taxes (VAT included).
Delivery charges are shown when ordering and added to the total amount.

  • Free delivery on orders of £20 or more.

  • For smaller orders, delivery costs £4.90.

5. PAYMENT

Purchases can be paid for by bank card, PayPal or any other secure payment method offered on the Site.
Payments are fully secured with SSL encryption.

6. DELIVERY

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

  • The average delivery time is 6 to 8 working days, making a total of 7 to 9 days.

In the event of a delay or carrier-related problem, Petounet cannot be held liable but undertakes to help the customer resolve the issue.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The customer has a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused,

  • Kept in its original packaging,

  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

Once received and checked, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

8. GUARANTEE

All our products benefit from the statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by the French Consumer Code.

9. LIABILITY

Petounet cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
In any event, Petounet's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Petounet and is protected by copyright.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
