Delivery and dispatch

At Petounet, we do everything we can to process and deliver your orders quickly, so your four-legged friends are happy 🐾.

1. Processing and dispatch times

• All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

2. Delivery times

• France and Europe: delivery takes on average 6 to 8 working days, for an estimated total of 7 to 9 days after ordering.

• These times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier or exceptional circumstances (holiday periods, strikes, health crises…).

3. Delivery charges

• FREE delivery on orders over £20.

• For orders under £20, a flat delivery charge of £4.90 applies.

4. Order tracking

Every order dispatched comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey online.

5. Delivery delays or problems

If your delivery is late or there's a problem with the carrier:

• Please contact us promptly at info@petounet.com.

• We'll help you locate your parcel and find the right solution (re-sending or refund, depending on the case).

6. Delivery areas

We mainly deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. For any specific delivery request outside these areas, please email us before placing your order.
