How long to leave them on, and how to photograph your cat

The right method comes down to three points: prepare everything beforehand, put the accessory on at the last moment, and reward straight away. A cat rarely cooperates for more than a minute, and pushing for a second minute will cost you the next ten sessions.

This model comes in S and M. Go by your pet's measurements — chest girth and back length — rather than their weight: two pets of the same weight don't have the same build. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.

Does my dog really need a coat?

Short-haired dogs, small breeds and older dogs get cold quickly below 7 to 8 °C. A dog with a thick undercoat doesn't need one.
