Which size should I choose?

This model comes in M (50*40cm), L (65*55cm) and XL (80*60cm). Measure the space you have in mind and, for a bed, your pet's length lying down plus about ten centimetres. Too snug and it won't get used; too big and it loses its reassuring feel.

Is my dog likely to chew it?

The cover stands up to normal claws, but a dog that chews everything out of habit will end up puncturing any mat. If so, put it under a thin blanket for the first few days while it gets used to it.
